Great tucked away location with some really good restaurant recommendations. Nice un-heated pool, good parking.

Little things like the shower screen seal needing replacement and a good dust under the bed, wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

Wonderful, amazing, tranquil place up the hill. We loved our stay. We had a personal check in with Nicola, he was very helpful and warm person and willing to help.

Because is it an old building it could be a bit noisy but there a only a few guests in the b&b.

The location of the property was great the views are amazing such a beautiful property good sized rooms and a lovely pool Nicola was a great host and very helpful the property was perfect for our needs we had a very relaxed few days

Beautiful villa in a wonderful location. Incredible views of the area and Valpollicella vineyards. Wonderfully well kept gardens and a great pool. The villa is spacious, well appointed and the air conditioning kept us cool in the heat.

Beautiful house located in a very private area but close to everything. Our host Nicola was very helpful and friendly. The pool was pristine and the perfect temperature.

Amazing location, luxury feel. The accommodation with wow effect! You feel like staring in a Hollywood movie entering this gated property! Beautiful big house on the hill, with amazing views of the valley and complete privacy. Superbly kept gardens and vineyards ready to be explored. Plenty of parking space. Nice big swimming pool. We stayed in a double room with fancy marble sink bathroom, both spacious. Rooms adjacent to a comfy communal space with fridge and coffee maker. Our host Nicola was very responsive, professional, patient and friendly, always at disposal. He even went back to the house for my forgotren stuff when we left which I am very thankful for! House is situated some 10km from Verona town centre, so be prepared to drive. Highly reccomended stay!

Staying at Villa Vitis was a dream . Nikola the host was very welcome since the begging masking us fell at home with a impeccable infrastructure, amazing view of the Valpolicella area, amazing nature around and the most cute cat ever named Punto ( dot) . The room is completely renovated, modern, cozy and extremely clean! The location is perfect for those who like peace and quiet and exploring the wine region. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking!
