Location and view

Cabins were tiny and no power. Room cold as staff left windows open in winter with a known late check in. One of the showers only had cold water but not labelled.

Wenn man Yoga, Saunieren und die Landluft mag ist das eine super Option. Besonders toll waren die Betten in den Zug Wagons in denen es aber schnell sehr kalt wird

Keine Internet Verbindung außerhalb einer bestimmten Area alles sehr teuer Keine Möglichkeit ins nächste Dorf zu kommen auser man Trampt

The location is great. The reception and coffee shop has a great view overlooking the sea. But the actual rooms and guest facilities are old and outdated.

We stayed at the family room and they are really not great for the price. Smells old actually. The beddings smell old too. They don’t provide basic necessities like towels or tissue for overnight stay. Bring extra blanket.

Love Solscape its in the name my soul felt so free here, staff are amazing the guests are just as beautiful 😍 and the sound of the ocean and that veiw 🌊🔆 whilst being surrounded by nature and plenty of nz native bush and plants 🪴 🌳🌲🌸 an absolute energy charger, and the ole locomotives 🚂 amazing love there was no power in our room it helped me stay off my phone longer, love ❤️

The setting is beautiful. It is private, spacious and the facilities are clean. I like that it is eco friendly and other guests were supportive and respectful of those principles. I chose Solscape because it is dog friendly and my dog could share my cabin.

As a single person I don’t recall seeing the option to book for a single cabin….perhaps there weren’t any available. I recall the two options being double or dormitory. $155 a night is expensive for such basic facilities.
