River View Villa Self Catering

The room was clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were not told there would be a party at the property the second night we were there. Profuse apologies were given but the loud music and chatter until 4am kept us awake. when we arrived back from our day trip there was nowhere to park our car and it took 20 mins to sort a place for us.

Nice full English breakfast. Location is OK, feels safe.

Garden and pool are not very large and are between two rows of fences. Access to the river is blocked by a fence, probably for security reasons.

The room cleanliness, the aircon as well as the breakfast. I think they also need to clean the balcony. It was very dirty.

The crockery and cutlery can be improved. The reception should be renovated as it gives a wrong impression about the place.

Nothing interesting is just a big room and pricy

Safe and secure accommodation. Bottled water on arrival. Clean, spacious rooms with patio doors facing the river. Good burners, pots and frying pan to cook meals. Very good hot breakfast. Excellent staff.

Kitchen missing some basic cooking utensils and cutlery. Pool could have been better maintained. Fence between the pool and rooms.
