comfortable place in the heart of beautiful Crucecita clean rooms, spacious bed and perfect pillows staff were very friendly and let us leave our bags so we could enjoy our last day with no rush good place to explore the nearest beaches of Huatulco the restaurant on the rooftop was also very good

Lovely hotel! GREAT location. The staff was so kind and even called for our taxi to pick us up the next morning for our flight out. We had spend 12 days in Mazunte and came back into Huatulco to be closer the airport for our early flight out the next morning. The beds were SO COMFY! The shower pressure was great! La Crucecita was such a wonderful town and had a great vibe. The buildings, people, food, music and beautiful church in the square were wonderful. We only got to stay one night and there was so much more to see. We will be heading back to Oaxaca in January 2024 and plan on spending a couple more days there before we move to the coast.

I didn't receive a voucher for breakfast, was I supposed to? The room was overly spacious since I was given a triple room because that is what was available. The room was spotless. My only negative is the conversational noise coming from the restaurant above which lasted late into the night. The sound is easily compensated for with ear plugs.

WiFi in the room. Best reception was downstairs in the lobby area. It was necessary to work there without a table when making reservations for travel, rooms, and activities. Not efficient for this type of work.

The hotel has filtered water by the reception to fill your bottle. The beds are very comfy and the staff are very kind. It is always clean.

Everything! Staff so helpful and friendly. Room was wonderful, I even had the end room and balcony! Very clean. My first visit to Huatulco 💖
