The service is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure that your stay is memorable. Sebastian was on top of his game.

We had to take a mototaxi from San Rafael, but maybe this is normal.

Greeted with a tropical "welcome" drink. Cabanas are very comfortable. No mosquitos -- Amazing. Guided nature walk. Little bee hives/honey sampling. Waterfalls. The river is just amazing; clear water and giant boulders. Staff is the best -- And the food is off-the-chart..! Get a sunset massage by the river....

The exclusive location surrounding by nature was the best! The natural, accessible spring on the property was the highlight. The staff was helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and the views, impeccable.

The light treck to the room was the only thing I didn't like but it was definitely worth it.
