Barn Cottage - Farm Park Stay with Hot Tub

Very spacious and clean.

On arrival when we got out of the car there was a dog covered in mud jumping up on me as soon as we got out of the car we stood in dog poo. When we arrived the staff moaned about putting balloons up because they don’t allow parties. It wasn’t a party it was a 40th birthday girly gathering. Whilst we were at the table eating food the dog was jumping up on the back door and barking ( I don’t mind animals I have a dog myself) but I wouldn’t allow him to jump up on anyone especially covered in mud. Eating food with a dog watching you and barking was not nice at all. We then wouldn’t go out the back to the hot tub because of the dog so we waited until he had gone which was quite late. The dog was kept in a closed pen but the back of the pen was open to the barn and could run in the garden of the barn. Also whilst waiting for the cash deposit the owner/ staff made us wait outside like children whilst he checked the property, may I add there was no damages to the property and we are grown women/adults who would have owned up to any sort of damage. The property was very clean spacious, the hot tub was lovely but the animals/dogs need to be kept at your own property whilst people enjoy the peaceful break they’ve paid for.

Absolutely beautiful place! This cottage is like my dream house. I didn’t want to leave. It’s got everything you’d possibly need! Fully equipped kitchen, super soft and comfortable beds, TV with free sat, log burner, hot tub… I could go on forever. I can’t wait to stay again!

Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but I can’t complain because everything else was absolute wonderful😊

It is very peaceful. We enjoyed the good girl (dog) living in her pen on the side of the house who we visited a few times. The hot tub is nice and big, very close to the front door to run inside after getting out. Nice and cosy inside the barn, plenty of space, has everything you need.

Some of the artwork and ornaments weren't to my taste but that's just a personal preference.

We rented the 3 bedroom cottage for 4 adults. The cottage is beautiful. we enjoyed the fire and hot tub.

The beds in the 2 rooms with singles beds were extremely soft.

Amazing place, perfect

A perfect location for a few days break, facilities were excellent, the outdoor facilities were just great, just a perfect cottage to stay in, so near to nature and the animals running free, was just lovely to see. Recommend Barn Cottage definitely for a get away break

Can't say anything we didn't like about Barn Cottage. Only one thing to help visitors find the cottage, the sign for Coynant Farm should include the Cottages names, to make it easier to find, as all my party drove passed the entrance to the cottage, as were all looking for the Barn cottage sign Not a bad complaint, but something to think about . Other wise first class experience of a cottage holiday.
