Exotic Boutique Hotel

The exotic boutique hotel is a recommendation for all, who do not need a direct beach access and mass tourism. New well equipped villas (incl. small kitchen) with a nice maintained private pool. 2x very good restaurants and a scooter rental in walking distance. If needed, there’s a Muay Thai center close by, for those who need a special challenge during holiday. About 5-15min to Coco beach, Khaolak city and night market by scooter. The team supports you for airport shuttle service and day trips.

Mouldy smell in the bathroom.

The gardens are stunning and so well manicured. There’s so much to see in the garden like a pond with fish and swinging benches.

The only downside if you need transportation (if you don’t have car) and it’s about 300 baht every time you go.

Nice interior of bungalow, lots of thought and effort put in. Seclusion and privacy was fantastic. Lovely size private pool and larger general access pool. Well cared for and maintained.

The bathroom and shower were huge, unfortunately the shower wasn’t very powerful. It was a real shame.

We got upgraded into one of the villas with private pool and it was really amazing. Spacious and well designed luxury stay. Staff and owner were super friendly and the whole complex is well maintained! Highly recommended. Tiks restaurant is 5 min walking away super tasty and has cheap new scooters to rent!

Calm, quiet and beautiful location. The hotel is new and you can appreciate the details and the rooms are all new. Jo, is a very smiley and reliable person, always available via WhatsApp for every kind of query. I booked 2 different reservations in the same week. The second booking was supposed to be in another room, but Jo let me stay in the same beautiful room with a private pool included, and for the same price. On the last day I had to check out very early in the morning (due to an island tour I booked earlier), so I left all my luggage inside the room, and Jo informed the staff to move my stuff in the reception. I came back to take them at 6pm, so kind and quick reply. Highly recommended.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Beautiful individual villa with comfortable, clean and spacious sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. Small terrace to sit out in. Exceeded expectations. Very well maintained with tasteful furnishing, well thought-out layout and super quiet surroundings. An oasis.

You need your own transport as it is a bit out of the way (not on beach). No food and beverage facilities, although there's a good local restaurant just three minutes from hotel.
