KINGMAKER'S Plantation with River Stream

Value for money,excellent location and view for the price we paid. they upgraded us to a premium room at no -cost.room facilities were good.Plantation tour was very good,preson was knowledgeable.Walk in the plantation was very pleasant.

bed quality and size needs improvement. cleaniness near kitchen is not upto the mark. food requires major change,taste and quality was no where near expectations. Breakfast was average,but its ok as per occupancy.

It is in the midst of nature/coffee plantation.

It is really pricey for the value the property is providing. The staff is not attentive to the needs of the visitors, one need to remind them multiple times to get anything done. The food they provide is ok but it could be better. The facilities are worn out and also this facility need some good house keeping. I recommend not to book this property mainly due the the value they are providing for the five-star hotel price they are charging.

The property is so good, you don't feel like stepping out. The room & it's balcony look out at the coffee plantation. Excellent breakfast.

I only wish they put up a sign on the main road, saying 'turn here for Kingmakers Plantation.' Their neighbor has done it. When Vodafone signal failed as did the GPS, we ended up driving another 5 kms before a good Samaritan in another hotel used her phone to get in touch. Even then, with some landmarks provided, it took at least 3 further enquiries from shopkeepers along the way till we found our destination. But then the resort made up for it.

The overall stay was quite comfortable . The game room was well maintained and we enjoyed it. Food was awesome too

The heater takes quite a while and it stops working sometimes. Its much needed when we wanted to start our trips early in the day

Breakfast options were limited but decent in taste. Had a good breakfast - 7/10. View of coffee plantation from room, and the property has good greenery and plants all around.

The furniture was cheap and broken, seemed as if purchased from scrap furniture. There's a recreational room, but games are ill-maintained. Paid 4.2k but was worth it, much better options exists definitely.

The location and the staff

We parked our car close to the stay on the farm. It was unfortunate that, the rat ate many electric wires of my car and malfunctioned the electronic system and its sensors, somehow we managed to drive the vehicle very carefully till Kochi and drop the vehicle in service. Needless to say that we spend a good amount to diagnose the problem and to replace the damaged wirings. Be cautious by both (the property management to do something to keep rats away from parked vehicles and also the visitors to keep rat Repellent on your car while parked especially in places like farms.
