Das Haus ist sehr schön und hat ein sehr schöne Lage mit einer schönen Aussicht auf Rättvik . Hier kann man gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen, im Ort befindet sich eine Freilaufanlage. Centrum ist schnell erreichbar, ca 1,5 km., kleine Bummelmeile und einige Gaststätten mit guten Lunchangeboten. Rättvik ist sehr sehenswert , schöne Lage am Siljansee mit Seebrücke und Kirche.
