"Imagine coming back after a rainy hike to a cold shower that barely pumps water"

Everything else was fine

The water heater was not working in our cabin. We arrived after travelling for 30 hours and could not have a hot shower once during our 3 night stay. Someone was sent to fix the issue who was clearly irritated he had to be there and just tried to convince us the water was warm enough. It was ice cold!

"Stunning cabin with Volcano views"

Very private and safe cabin with stunning volcano views. The cabin is well equipped with everything you would need for meals. The benches outside are so cute and perfect to sit down and watch all the beautiful birds that come by. It was one of our favourite stays of the trip?

The cabins themselves are great, very well equipped, modern, spacious, with everything in working order, even the hot water is available any time you want. Volcano view is also nice.

Unfortunatley there is no mention of the busy main roud just next to cabins. Motorcycles and cars pass next to the property even during the night, and even with the aircon on, the noise is still there. For our second night we have bought the earplugs and had some sleep, but our first night was bad.
