Room service was pleasant.Service was fast and prompt. Clean hallways and room .

We booked Superior Queen Room and the front desk person promised us on phone that it has AC .After reaching the same person said it does not have AC .We ended up paying 500 more .The front desk person asked for ID .I gave my passport and he scanned it . Later he called us asking for my aadhar card .I am not sure why he did not say so at front . The paint on walls was peeling off which gives it a shabby look. The washroom shower is not parted . The mattress and sheets could be better .
