Location - great views, especially at sunset. Food - better than at more expensive hotels . Desert elephant tour - our guide Anton ensures we got good views of the elephants

Very small and room size for the standard tent. Having to unzip/zip the tent every time one needed to use the “en suites” facilities. Staff talking amongst each other when guests were waiting for attention at the BBQ or reception.

Beautiful views, food

The hotel is so beautiful with an amazing view, the dinner and breakfast were so good. The sundowner is mesmerizing there.

The pool was cold on winter... when nobody is using the pool, there is a problem.

Abbiamo alloggiato nelle tende basiche ed è stata una bellissima esperienza. Hanno tutti i comfort di cui c'è bisogno ed è stato davvero bello passare una notte lì. La struttura è stupenda, il safari alla ricerca degli elefanti del deserto è stato meraviglioso e il bar posto nell'altopiano è stupendo per ammirare il tramonto. Perfetto anche per passare un pomeriggio di relax in piscina.

Unico appunto: il bagno non è chiuso al 100% quindi c'è il rischio di pochissima privacy in quanto si sentono tutti i rumori.

L'emplacement du camp est exceptionnel, les tentes de luxe très confortables avec leur terrasse dont la vue offre une belle sérénité. Nous avons adoré le safari "éléphants du désert". Le rapport qualité/prix est un peu élevé : la nourriture au restaurant est assez banal. Prenez le temps et la force pour monter au sunset, ça en vaut la peine :).

Loved the design of the property, friendly staff, and particularly good WiFi in the middle of nowhere. The "nature drive" was excellent as well and would strongly recommend it.

The food was, unfortunately, the biggest disappointment of our stay. The menu appeared to cater almost exclusively to meat-eating European tastes, with numerous meat-based options but virtually no meaningful vegetarian offerings. On one evening, the vegetarian choices amounted to flavorless couscous and the second night, it was boiled cauliflower. For vegetarian guests, and especially families traveling with children, this meant paying the full premium rate while struggling to find enough appealing food to eat. My kids essentially ate chips and cookies for two days straight. At this price point, I expect a lodge to accommodate a range of dietary preferences with the same care and creativity devoted to its meat dishes. Vegetarian guests should not feel like an afterthought. The staff were consistently friendly and genuinely tried to help. However, they seemed neither empowered nor trained to accommodate guests whose dietary needs fell outside the lodge's standard model. The issue was not a lack of goodwill, but a lack of preparation and attention to an increasingly common set of guest expectations. Extremely disappointing!
