"Room was okay, but security to be trained"

It is okay for a one night stay. Just the TV was not that great, all snowy. No wifi even though it's advertised, but that was no biggy. Just the fact that there was no gate to close off the property and our car was parked right there didn't give me a good rest. I peeked out of the window the entire night as I could not see the security and we had alot of values in our car. Next morning I went out to go check, all was fine, but as far as I'm concern security should not allow anyone to enter the premises. One guy came to me ask me for money when I said I don't have he got angry. Security must be retrained please
