The room was nice and clean and the views were beautiful

It’s really hard to drive to the property. It’s more than 300 meters on a track full of stones and holes. I woke up and the room was full of insects. The shower plate moved when I stepped on so it didn’t feel super safe to have a shower there. I asked for breakfast and I had to wait for about half an hour so I had to leave as I had a long trip back home.

We spent 1 days at Batur Cliff Panorama and for us it was the best place in whole Bali! The crew and especiall kadek The rooms are very beautiful and the view is amazing! It is such a wonderful quiet place to calm down. The pancakes in the morning are the best and the Menu is very good! The hike with Wi on the Mount Batur was unforgettable:)

A beautiful stay with an amazing view anda wonderful staff. we're having fun at batur cliff panoramic. The view directly from a room or from a terrace to the great mountain, batur, anda magnificent lake! The staff is helpful and friendly, the kids go to a lot of trouble and are always very talkative and take care of all the needs. The batur hike could easily be arranged at the site, which was an unforgettable experience for us. Some good warnings are within walking distance. Overall, we can only recommend staying here the warmest.

Very quiet and cozy. Good to relax.

The toilet window was not covered. Hence people can see you bathing and wild animals like snake can come in. And main sliding door is not working well.

The bungalows are nice, the view is really beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

We had a day trip around Kintamani with the staff, even though we had a plan we discussed the evening before, the staff actually changed totally the plan without informing us and skip the 2 most important activity we wanted to do, without informing us. I think they should really not do that.
