We recently stayed at View Lodge in Gariepdam for a one-night stopover and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had a truly welcoming feel. Roxy was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely consider returning for a longer stay next time!

The view was spectacular and it was spacious - it didn't have an ensuite bathroom but it was not a problem for the short stay - for a family with smaller children it is ideal - had several braai places and Roxy who received us was exceptional.

A very well coming atmosphere. Great host. Aircorn came in very handy as it was very hot. Coffee, tea, rusks and microwave, complementary water and a dam view. Well prepared breakfast in a cozy dining room. Will definitely return.

The aircorn was leaking water in the morning.
