Ujabule Lodge

The rooms are quite large and nice. Beautiful rooms. Nice patio space to sit outside and enjoy the wildlife.

The indoor shower drain was blocked and the shower flooded when I used it. The whole bathroom floor flooded and even out the door onto part of the bedroom floor. The issue happened at 9:30 PM and I called the management number to ask for help cleaning up the water. No one answered my call or Whatsapp message until 7 AM the next morning. So I had to deal with a flooded bathroom over night and put towels on the floor to soak up some of the water. After they cleaned and mopped the bathroom the next day, they didn't replace the towels. So I had no towels the next day. The outdoor shower seems too out in the open and not blocked off from neighbors view, if they walk out into the back yard area which is common space to all the units. The toiletries provided are also very basic. Only shampoo and body wash. No hand soap or conditioner, etc.
