Great location, clean, friendly staff

The food available was very basic.

Very authentic and unpretentious. Staff just couldn’t do enough and very genuine. It was great to stay somewhere that had been finance and built by the local village owners.

Absolutely nothing. It was great.

The location was so magical. I cant explain it but I can suggest you to come and stay there so you will understand why I cant say anything much.

The Breakfast menu was only Omelette or Fried Rice. Need more Breakfast variant so we can enjoying it while watching the beautiful view. Also the road to get this hotel was though so please take care and just enjoy the shaking road hehe

Poor bathroom facilities, awful shower, air conditioner didn’t work properly, hard to get any beverages or even water.

I viewed Puri putih cottages the day before my checkin and found the accommodation to be unacceptable to stay in. I booked else where. 1. Linen on beds colour was grey and dirty looking, not white as should be. I did not want to sleep in this bed as not clean. Worst I've ever seen. 2. Bed canopy unsafe looked like it was about to fall from ceiling at any moment. 3. No shower head on any of the showers. 4. Not secure or safe.  5. No safety box or any secure place to leave belongings 6. Doors not closing security  7. Air con broken and not getting cold 8. No fridge 9. No kettle or coffee making facilities as portrayed in photos 10 No restaurant as portrayed in photos. Restaurant is a warung used about 100mtrs away, with limited opening hours. Not on property, also not clean. 11. No beach only mangroves as portrayed in photos. 12. Location approx 3kms down a long rough dirt track. Unless you had a scooter you where stuck. 13. No pool but I was aware of that. I found alternate accomodation for the same price back on the main road. The property gives false and misleading information on their advertising. Unfortunately I did not get to take photos. I was to keen to leave.

Ants and ants lava coming out of the shower head. Road to get there pretty rough. Difficult to locate as it isn't on google maps
