Las cabañas tienen un diseño muy bonito y las vistas son increíbles.

El camino para llegar al lugar está en muy mal estado pero no tiene nada que ver con el lugar.

"Un lugar agradable"

La atención fue muy buena, nos gustó la habitación y pasamos momentos agradables y relajados en nuestra estancia. Es un sitio seguro y donde puedes estar tranquilo. Sí lo recomendaríamos.

Sólo consideramos que la relación costo beneficio está quizá un 15 o 20 por ciento por arriba del precio. Entendemos que la inflación y los costos son altos, no nos afectó pagar el precio, pero es sólo nuestra perspectiva.

"Gran lugar para hospedarse en Tepoztlan"

La ubicación en esta ocasión, era perfecta. Teníamos una boda y estaba a 5 minutos de distancia en coche. El lugar donde nos hospedamos era muy grande y con todo lo necesario, el staff fue muy amable (Omar) y el equipo del restaurante tambien. Los precios del restaurante son muy accesibles y aceptan tarjeta para pagar.

La llegada puede ser complicada para los autos, al menos la entrada principal. Es una espcie de camino empedrado sin mucho mantenimiento. Si van en época de calor (Abril 2026), las cabañas son muy calientes, hay un ventilador de torre en la cabaña que puedes utilizar. El nuestro hacia mucho ruido y tuvimos que comprar uno nuevo en un supermercado cercano para sobrevivir estos días. No estaría mal un aire acondicionado. En la cabaña donde nos quedamos hay una especie de closets para colgar ropa, pero no hay ganchos y están muy altos que incluso yo no pude alcanzarlos. Por otro lado, el staff del lugar parece ser pequeño y entre ellos sacan la chamba, no hay queja, sin embargo hay cosas que dejan de hacer por estar atendiendo a otros huespedes o invitados. Como el que te dejen encerrado para salir en tu auto, que no te avisen que los domingos no hay restaurante o que la respuesta de un mensaje en whatsapp de tu host tarde mucho.

"Stunning views, relaxing pool, delicious food, clean."

I loved staying here. The room was stunning, it was clean and the view was pristine.

The restaurant is only open on the weekends and the bed sheets are polyester. For such a gorgeous place, I really recommend they upgrade to cotton for a better more breathable sleep.
