The staff is amazing.. they have helped me in getting back my forgotten luggage from a different hotel. The location is amazing

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen mitten in der Natur. Man hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf den umliegenden Jungle. Das Personal ist super freundlich und herzlich. Besonders Dede die Tage im Sacred Valley noch besser gemacht.

Grundsätzlich war alles toll, lediglich die Dusche ist nicht richtig abgelaufen und nach dem Duschen stand erstmal das halbe Bad unter Wasser.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. The resort is perched right at the top of the Sacred Valley, offering breathtaking, panoramic views overlooking the lush jungle below. The property is uniquely set right in the heart of the jungle on the edge of a small town, making it a peaceful, perfect escape. We ate at the restaurant every single night because the food was absolutely delicious and crafted from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast included with our Booking.com stay was the best we've ever had—the Eggs Benedict and the vegan burrito were both phenomenal. Beyond the views and food, the property features a beautiful path leading down into the valley, where you can swim in two small, refreshing freshwater pools right next to the river. To top it all off, the staff is wonderful De De & Ilo helped to make our stay even better—if that's even possible! We highly recommend this five-star accommodation.

Kaunis ja laadukas hotelli keskellä viidakkoa. Hyvin lämmin ja kotoisa tunnelma. Ihana henkilökunta. Skootterilla oli helppo päästä monille nähtävyyksille, kuten riisiterasseille. Näimme tulikärpäsiä.

Sijinti oli kaukana kaikesta. Kävelyetäisyydellä ei ollut mitään nähtävää/kiinnostavaa/palveluja. Sijainnin vuoksi siellä oli paljon pilviä ja sateita, lähdimme tän vuoksi kaksi yötä suunniteltua aiemmin pois. Huone oli melko pimeä.
