"A unique stay in an extremely comfortable cabin with lovely view of Mt Fuji"

Amazing location and loved the cabin. Everything felt clean, modern and comfortable (especially the bed, we didn't sleep on the loft on the tatami though). Our cabin had a fantastic view of Mt Fuji which was amazing in the morning! Amenities etc were plenty and useful. Appreciated the stay!

Suggest to have a phone at the reception office so that guests can call if issues arise which did for us in the evening (power went off because breaker tripped). As we are travelling from overseas we only had a data-only phone so could not call them on our mobiles and tried contacting via booking.com message and instagram but wasn't able to reach them. Luckily our neighbours were able to help call the company (after some help from Google translate). Power was back once company came within minutes, but we were afraid to be without the heater for a cold night for a little while! So just a suggestion for the company, and an FYI to any overseas travellers that might be in a similar situation to us. Otherwise appreciate that they came quickly but would be great to be able to contact in other ways.

The amazing view

Lack of staff and support. Staff can’t converse in English when my heater was down. Told me to email them instead but did not get a response.

it was extremely clean and quiet. a nice place for some respite. location was about 25mins walk from the main road. but if you are then it’s not a problem at all. you can park your vehicle behind the cabin. got to jog around lake yamanaka and the view was breathtaking 😍

there was no one around by the time I reached the cabin. was very dark as well. asked a fellow neighbour for help with the self check in function
