Property Notes

Please note that the property can only accommodate a maximum of two dogs per chalet. An additional fee of GBP 10 per dog, per day, or GBP 50 per dog, per week, is payable in cash on arrival. No other pets are allowed. Please inform Ericht Holiday Lodges in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Note: Please note that the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. Please note that cots may not fit in the bedrooms and may need to be placed in the living room area. Please check each lodge description for more information. Please note: that commercial vehicles and vans are not permitted to be parked alongside the booked accommodations. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Please ensure that you fill in full details of all guests as per occupancy, either on the Booking.com site or directly with Ericht Holiday Lodges. We would appreciate it if anyone in your party has any mobility impairments such as sight impairments, hearing impairments, cognitive impairments, or other relevant circumstances that you can advise us of so that we can best plan for them in case of an emergency.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
