The room was clean and its next to the beach

first thing at the reception we waited for long without getting help ,there was no one for 15 minutes . The linen had stains and the towels are old old with stains also . I felt unsafe the security only focuses at the car parking area and people were making a noise the whole night not respecting others .

The location and price were reasonable and the place is close to all amenities. Thank you

The stairs were a challenge as it was my 60th year and also my friend /collegue was also older even than my self and had my 5yr grand daughter with me so age must be considered when being as I was in the last room of the 3rd floor.

The cleaning staff was amazing, the sea view was fantastic.

Linen is too old and the security takes time to open the gate especially at night

There is too much noise Guy's Control Noise Some Guests Are making lot of noise on passages till the morning ,The Blanket in my Room was Dirty ,no heaters its winter it's cold ,no microwave you have to go down to warm food no it's unfair
