Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation. Access to the property by private vehicle may be challenging. Guests are strongly advised to contact the property in advance for detailed access instructions to ensure a smooth arrival. The hot springs at the property are exclusively for the use of registered guests. Access is not permitted to individuals without an official reservation. Due to the property's location in a natural and expansive area with uneven terrain and long walking distances, it may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility. A deposit may be required at the property.

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est très bien situé dans le canyon, les sources chaudes sont un plus avec une longue marche. Le petit déjeuner et le repas son bon.

La douche est assez froide mais celà fait partie de l'expérience. Celà ne nous a pas dérangés.

Endroit magnifique et tellement paisible et beau pour se détendre + accès aux sources d’eau chaude en illimité, à n'importe quelle heure, ça fait tellement du bien ! Le personnel est très gentil et nous logeons dans des petites maisons en bois très mignonnes.

"Außergewöhnliche Lage im Canyon, hat aber mehr Potential!!"

Kleine Häuschen direkt am Fluss. Ausreichend Abendessen, leckere Getränke. Kartenzahlung ist möglich! Muss aber explizit danach fragen!!

Thermalbecken schon sehr heruntergekommen, viel Moos, andere Schwimmbecken teilweise nicht benutzbar. Steiler, unbeleuchteter Weg zu dem Ort wo es essen gibt. Abendessen ist sehr sehr spät.

This accommodation is nicely located along a trek through the Colca Canyon. Accommodation is basic (simple cabins) with cold showers and no electricity (only for the lights). Dinner is served at 19.30, which was lovely. One can also order sandwiches to take for the next day. The absolute gem of this accommodation are the hot pools located beside the river. An excellent spot to unwind after a long descent.

It is overpriced.
