Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. "Le plaisir de la source chaude au bord de la rivière !"

L’emplacement du Lodge est assez unique, au fond du Canyon de Colca (mais du coup son accès se mérite après une belle randonnée en descente !) - le logement était basique mais assez confortable, le vrai plus : le bassin d’eau chaude au bord de la rivière, un vrai plaisir pour le corps après une grosse marche ! Les repas étaient aussi simple mais très bons, et il y a un choix de petits snacks très satisfaisant.

La cabane est vraiment basique, ça pourrait mériter un peu d’aménagement : quelques oreillers en plus, une chaise pour poser les affaires, un porte manteau…

The thermal baths were fantastic. We had a good nights rest with the quietness. The sound of the river was relaxing.

Staff was not very friendly. The place need some urgent clean up.

"Prachtige plek in de middle of nowhere waar iedereen zijn best doet"

De locatie

Na een dag hiken kregen we de kaart voorgeschoteld met maar twee opties. Alle andere tafelgenoten zaten de lekkerste dingen te eten. Aan de andere kant was er gelukkig nog wel wat te eten.

Seul hôtel à Llahuar mais ils n'abusent pas du monopole, les chambres sont basiques mais l'essentiel est là avec un bon lit et une bonne couverture. L'endroit est magnifique au fond du canyon avec les bains chauds juste au bord de la rivière

Cool lodge to stay at at the end of a long hike. Enjoyed the hot springs with a good view of the river. Room was basic but clean. Dinner was 32 sols and decent portion size. Breakfast was 2 big pancakes which were pretty nice but they could expand this a bit. Overall good value for money.

No hot water in the hot shower for us. The drinks ( especially water) and extra food was expensive so try to bring some things with you if possible. There were a few bugs in the room but I think this comes with the territory.
