Food was great. View was excellent from the pool. Housing was great

Grounds are beautiful and room is comfortable.

Didn’t expect the amount of noise during the night. Trains, lorries… Booked a fishing day, owner came onto boat to check the motor but didn’t even say hello. Strange. Think a fishing report would be handy for people travelling from afar too.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The view from the swimming pool was spectacular, and the staff were very friendly.

The manager Nick is very efficient in his duties.

The toilet was not able to flush effectively. Maybe you be looked at.

Friendly and helpful staff that went the extra mile for us. Thank you Nick and Dyllan. They really made us feel at home. The food was delicious, hats off to Moses. The rooms are amazing and cosy, and the facilities were stunning. The view from the bar and pool is epic! Situated on the Komati river, offering Tiger fishing and a variety of wildlife. A stone throw away from the Lebombo border, and a short drive from Kruger Park.

I like the food

The entrance road was very bad, muddy and a lot of potholes. The bridge is very bad and the water is overflowing and small cars are impossible to pass through. We tried to pass calling the host to assist us and they did however very dangerous passage that cars might fall on the bridge as there are no safe reels and we cannot see the road all we see are heavy muddy rushing waters. Once we passed we cannot go out and we stacked inside the accommodation with no activities just to stay, watch the TV and sit. Our expectations were very opposite. We didn't enjoy the place at all. Although we have 2 nights booked, we decided to leave the premises early in the morning as we cannot afford to ruin our vacations with family for another day. We had a very bad experience. Never ever go there anymore. I have to request a refund of the 1 night that we didn't use as we need to leave the lodge asap due to not being safe especially we have baby on board. Our 2 teenagers are very scared and wanted to leave the place on the very first night. Could you please assist us how we can refund the 1 night we didn't stay.
