River Hill Lodge

We love sleeping over at River Hill Lodge before crossing the border to Mozambique. There is lots of space for vehicles with trailers. The chalets is spacious and clean and very comfy. The food is amazing.

There is nothing not to like.

Nice and tidy. Best place to sleepover before going to Mozambique.

The noise from passing trains all night 🌙 I hardly slept The toilet is not flushing well, had to do it several times until it flushes away . Only 2 small cups for tea, no glass It will be better if mere cutlery can be added. Signs could be assisting to locate the place easier, I got lost because there was no clear signs on the road. But on a positive note the place is wow, clean and private.

Enjoyed the bar and atmosphere.

The houses are very basic and rooms lack basic amenities.

I've stayed at River Hill lodge on more than one occasion. The staff are extremely friendly and the view from the bar is incredible!

The toilet did not flush properly there was no guard at gate when I choose to leave luckily I found a cleaner to leave the keys with.
