The ambience and the polite nature of the owner of the property. Everything was funtastic. Loved staying there. Definitely I will stay next time if I am going to Kilinochchi

Very attentive property manager, good value for money, nice to seat by the garden or walk around to experience life in a Sri Lankan town with no tourists. restaurants and grocery stores nearby (note that you will need to walk a pretty dark street if you have no vehicle). The owner doesn’t live there so it feel more like an airbnb than a homestay.

No cell reception in the house and wifi costs extra. Little improvements like offering drinking water, soap, or hooks for clothing in the room could improve the experience.

We requested various dishes for our dinner. The lady in charge had gone out of her way to prepare it. Kudos to Nisha. Very friendly and supportive staff. Keep it up.

We dint notice anything that we don't like. But few suggestions were told to the staff, for improvement.

Was ready on time, they have taken to account some ideas we left on bookings and have made the changes. Easily approachable. Pleasant housekeeping girl.
