Un lugar con encanto. Personal excelente. Desayuno muy bueno. Comimos todos los días allí porque la comida es buena y a buen precio. Un lugar inmejorable si quieres hacer la ruta de los siete lagos. El último día teníamos que marcharnos temprano y nos tenían preparado el desayuno antes de el horario habitual.

Super nice staff, clean facilities, and tasty food in their restaurant.

There are taxidermied animals all over the place, but I guess it goes with the hotel theme.

The place is superb. A lovely stay for us visiting the Rila mountains. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is incredible as well. The sauna and steam room were welcome after a long walk. Kiril is super helpful for anything you need.
