Beautiful and so relaxing. It’s called your home away from home because it is. Loved the rooms, decor and the staff and owners were excellent. They arranged spa treatments that were also really good. We will be back as a family. And having the whole lodge to ourselves was awesome

5 well appointed chalets, good layout and very comfortable. The main lodge had everything you could ask for.

The facilities.

The game viewing drive - very poor road and very few sightings. We drove ourselves to the other gate from which the game viewing was good.

Kgorogoro(Pronounced chorochoro :) is one of my favorite places we've stayed, and we travel :) we came as a family 2 adults and 6 kids . It was PERFECT. Whether you're going as a huge family or just a honeymoon couple, it is accustomed to every one of your needs. The location is magical, the facilities and rooms are clean and beautiful. All staff are the kindest people. So sweet, warm, and giving. Ranger Ryan made our trip. He was our everything :) Day or night, he was ready to take us on a game drive. And pretty much made sure we were always comfortable. There is no doubt in my mind that we are coming back. Thank you for the most unbelievable experience. Camille & Acher

There was nothing we didn't like . I'm not just saying that.

We cannot recommend Kgorogoro lodge enough - beautiful location, large rooms, even larger living area, the BEST staff and ranger. We travelled as a group of 7 adults and 5 kids (8months - 4.5 years) and it was perfect! The photo's on the advert do not do the accommodation justice at all.

The rooms were beautiful, the staff were fantastic and Jeandre was a truly wonderful ranger. We had lovely afternoons by the pool, and saw the Big 5. A great differentiator was the walk-in cold room/ fridge, so the usual stress of trying to squeeze things into the fridge was completely absent. The main house runs off an inverter for lights during loadshedding, but the rooms don't. It is however well-equipped with lamps and we luckily didn't have much at night.
