"wonderful lodge with great rooms and excellent safari experiences."

The place itself is beautiful, the rooms are excellent, spacious and very comfortable. Lunch and dinner were both very tasty and well prepared. We also had a fantastic safari experience with our ranger Dorin, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the drives truly memorable.

Breakfast was a weak point. The selection was rather limited and the service was extremely slow, which was quite surprising compared to the otherwise high standard of the lodge. Our overall impression was also slightly affected by an issue with our car: the battery was completely drained because the parking staff left the headlights on. The team did resolve the situation relatively quickly, but it did cause some stress since we had a flight to catch that day.

"waiting my money back"

I'm still waiting to get remboursed for my 2 nights that we didn't spend there. We reach agreement with manager that he will cancel the last 2 nights of our stay and it could take 7 to 10 days.. It's almsot 15 days now and still no money on my account..
