TUDO. Simplesmente, incrível! Estou apaixonada por cada detalhe pensado no bem estar dos hóspedes. Desde o momento que pisei no hotel, fui bem tratada! Todos os funcionários super gentis e cordiais! Realmente, a gente pode ver uma preocupação em cuidar dos hóspedes. Ainda ganhei um upgrade de quarto. As fotos do hotel já são boas, mas lá a gente pode ver que o local é mais fascinante ainda. Espero voltar em breve !!!!

"Excellent location and value for money"

The location is excellent with easy access into the reserve. The accommodation and general facilities were better than advertised and the Spa was outstanding (especially after a drive). The food was well presented and lots of it, looked to perfection and lots of choice. The bar is small but well stocked and you can sit inside or outside depending on the weather. The staff were outstanding and very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

The public road on the way to the lodge is full of potholes and dumps so please drive carefully and NOT at night.

Amazing 5 star lodge all the staff were amazing our ranger Jason was so knowledgeable about all the animals and went above and beyond to make our game drives special, Raymond the chef is a legend and with the elephants showing up at the pool to amaze us was the best !

Great experience. O lodge não é all inclusive, mas inclui café da manhã e jantar. Inclui também 2 safaris por dia. O que torna muito mais em conta no final das contas. Tudo muito requintado. Hotel e equipe fantasticos. Parabens a Pretoria, que me atendeu em 2 dos dias que estive.
