Queridos anfitriones Sra Liz y Sr Luis. Quiero expresarles mi más sincero agradecimiento por la maravillosa atención y hospitalidad que recibí durante mi estadía. Después de 19 años sin regresar a mi isla, volver era una experiencia muy especial para mí, y puedo decir con total sinceridad que hospedarme con ustedes fue la mejor parte de mi viaje. Me hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, y cada detalle contribuyó a que estos días fueran inolvidables. Gracias por su amabilidad, calidez y dedicación. Liz und Luis sind ein sehr freundliches Paar, sie haben mich gut unterstützt. Ich hatte eine Suite mit Terrasse, das Zimmer war sauber, groß und geräumig. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schöne Garten und der Pool, den ich fast für mich alleine hatte (die Unterkunft hat nur 4 oder 5 Zimmer)! Ich bin jeden Tag im Pool schwimmen gewesen. Außerdem gibt es in der näheren Umgebung diese schönen blauen Echsen zu beobachten und auch größere andere Arten. Ich habe sie gerne fotografiert. Diese Unterkunft ist eine Oase der Ruhe, perfekt um runterzukommen. San Luis ist eine ruhigere Ecke auf der Insel, hier wohnen überwiegend Afroamerikaner. Wenn man mehr erleben und unternehmen möchte, muss man ein paar Kilometer ins Zentrum fahren. Ich habe mich zu jeder Zeit sicher gefühlt.

Das Bett war ziemlich hart, aber es war noch okay.

El lugar es hermoso, super agradable. Los dueños son demasiado amables y explican todo super bien. Es un lugar muy tranquilo, tiene vista al mar y al atardecer. Los desayunos son muy ricos. Super recomendado

It was our second time in San Andres, so we already knew that we wanted to stay in the Southern part of the island, as this part of the island is so much quieter and Blue Lizard turned out to be an absolute gem. Obviously you need to rent a mule or a buggy to get around, but you'd probably rent that anyway, and it only takes about a 30-minute drive to the center. I can't recommend the place enough, it's sparkling clean and very well taken care of. There's a proper selections of freshly prepared breakfasts available and overall vibe is superb. While I initially booked just a place to sleep, then we ended up spending a few hours every day at the pool, relaxing and having a proper vacation. The taxi to Blue Lizard is roughly 75k, so rather marginal, and you can book a mule directly from them after to get around. I would go back any time really, thank you Liz and Luis for taking well care of us.

Luis et liz sont des personnes tres accueillantes, et tellement gentilles, l endroit est tres paisible idéal pour se reposer. Les chambres sont grandes et confortable, tout est tres propre. Et le petit déjeuner est délicieux C est un peu loin du centre ( environ 20min) il faut prendre un scooter ou un quad. Si nous devions revenir a San andrès c est ici que vous reviendrons

The stay was truly peaceful and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail throughout. The owners were exceptionally kind and service-oriented, always making you feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast was clearly prepared with passion and care, which made it even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely beautiful and everything was impeccably maintained. A wonderful experience overall.

It is impossible to describe how amazing this place is. The rooms (we saw each one) are huge, thoughtfully decorated and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable! The pool is huge and always clean. The area has a beautiful outlook with a view of sunset every night. The gardens are gorgeous. Photos just don't do this place justice.. it is so much more. Scooter and mule hire was super easy. The location is amongst the most beautiful sites on the island, and there is a public bus that runs til 7pm (in front of accomodation), if you don't want to rent a vehicle. Best stocked mini bar. Breakfast was always super tasty and generous. But what makes this place the best accommodation we have ever stayed at are the hosts, Liz and Luis. They offer local and thoughtful tips, and a warmth that makes you feel like family. They are genuine and know how to do hospitality INCREDIBLY WELL.
