I enjoyed the Christmas theme. I expected it to be more over the top, but that's okay. Walked the property and it was nice by the pond.

It's a dated property. We skipped the breakfast and coffee, wasn't what I was expecting. And there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room.

Very quaint and homey. Loved the nostalgic feel of it. Staff was extremely nice and gave us a mini tour even though we randomly showed up in the middle of the night😁

Location

The breakfast was portrayed as a full buffett style meal. The biscuits were still frozen and pasty. The scrambled eggs were watery and the sausage was rubber. My kids wouldn't eat a bite of it. The TV didn't work in the family suite. The beds were very uncomfortable and the water pressure was very low in the shower. The pool and hot tub water was dirty and cloudy. Expected much better for the money I spent.

lobby decorations - room design

room needed more update & repairs / ceiling damage - not much to watch on tv -- breakfast was not much / at 8:00 am, (0pen at 7:00 am) ran out of waffle mix, no butter. ask for butter & got little amount in used tub. by 8:30 am, ran out of coffee. expected better
