Comfortable. Value for the money.Location,Rooms,Breakfast are good. Neat and clean property.Better place to stay with family. Enough privacy and silence but the property is in main location also.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience with them. The room was wonderful, clean, spacious and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. Location is good. Near the Beach

The location of resort and size of rooms is amazing.

Unhygienic. No proper facilities. Either the TV doesn't works or AC. Hot water for shower is not provided. Insects and ants all over the room. Difficulties in communication with the staff as they speak only in Malayalam. Had to change the room because of hygiene issues. The room we moved into got issues with hot water and cleanliness. The 2nd day water started leaking of the AC and later it stopped working.I would never suggest this place to anyone especially foreigners and people from other states.
