Bristol Cabins

I took a little r and r road trip, and Bristol Cabin was my first stop. The owner came out and greeted me first hand. I had rented a tp, and due to weather and safety issues, they offered me a cabin. No extra charge. My favorite part was you got to know your neighbor and other guests who were also staying there. The owners had a fire at night to mingle with guests, made the BEST homemade coffee, and had breakfast. Guest weren't just guests. They treat you like family. So if you're looking for an out of the ordinary stay, rustic and secluded, this is a perfect gem! I will definitely return and highly recommend it.

The hosts were wonderful. The breakfast was so tasty, and the fire pit was a wonderful end to the evening.

The people on the grounds were cool, very accommodating, very friendly, shower/bathroom were nice.

The cabins weren't as big as I thought they'd be, no A/C wasn't terrible but, would be nice.

Great location! The staff is wonderful & they make you feel like you're at home!!! The decor is great - very rustic 🙂

Just make sure you know what you're booking - they're not all cabins - there's a "tent cabin"...

Easy walking distance to town. Overgrown and lush gardens, hiking trail nearby with elevated views, fire pit with wood provided, off street parking, dog friendly, breakfast provided. Host provided immediate explanation to neighbors for dog barking which resulted in dog obedience and continue tranquility for all.

Bugs in cabin including wasps coming through the ceiling/attic door, front door could have sealed better against the floor and edges of the door frame to reduce the amount of insect entry, Eggs could be stored in a refrigerated unit versus on the countertop before cooking, fruit could be cut immediately before serving versus stored in the refrigerator from previous preparation. Meal prep and kitchen area unprepared to receive guests at check-in time presenting as messy and cluttered, host apologized for mess and agreed that it should have been clean prior to guest arrival.

It was so quaint. Very secluded. We chose it because it is dog friendly. The staff was really nice and cooked excellent breakfast. The location was great.

We felt misled about the kitchen situation. We had hoped to use it during the stay, but it was specifically for the staff. It also smelled like pot most of the time. The bed was AWFUL and small for two people. The cabin was a single room packed with too much stuff to comfortably use the kennels for our dogs while we were away.

I must be honest and say that unfortunately I did not read all the information about this place well and in my haste I only booked, but when I arrived with my wife, we realized that it was not at all what we wanted and we decided to immediately look for a hotel, Luckily we found, we didn't stay in this place, sorry.

We could not stay. No nothing. I would not recommend it. I paid 400.00 for two days. They would not reaburse my money. Turefuly, Not good.

The staff were all extremely accommodating and friendly, puts you at ease when in a new place. The tent cabin was close to the water which created wonderful white noise to sleep.

Really , there is nothing bad to say about This place it was very enjoyable and fun
