"It was an ok stay in a nice location"

Good location and lots of restaurants nearby

A sofa would have been nice to have instead of the bed or the kitchen chairs to sit on . Unable to lock room door from exterior. Not good.

"Terrific way to finish our holiday."

The lodge is in a beautiful location on the banks of the Maipo River. It was ideal for our travelling group (5 persons/3 rooms) for our two night stay. As it is 14kms from the town centre of San Jose de Maipo and, even considering there are a few dining options within 5kms, we decided to eat in and use the BBQ facilities. While this means going to the supermarket for essentials it was well worth it, relaxing on the deck with good Chilean wine. The owner, Christian, set the BBQs up and got the fires going (his specialty). The cabins are well appointed and the sound of the Maipo River is music to the ears. Communication with the owner is via WhatsApp and his responses were always immediate.

Be aware there isn’t a place to hang clothes - this was not an issue for us.
