"Relaxing stay lovely owners just had to ask if you needed anything."

Breakfast was very good you had options. You can decide the night before what you wanted.

We had no negatives because if you need something different you just had to ask.

"Comfortable place to stay but poor location"

Staff were very friendly, room was clean, tv and kettle in room with biscuits

The location was awful. In a very run down part of the town. Although very near the beach, Samaritans and ymca opposite hotel with lots of police visits !

"Family Feel & Great Location"

Fabulous location for the beach & shops- 5 min walk! Facilities at the Grove were great for what we needed for our stay. Room was clean, tidy and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner if you needed something. Very family felt place and we felt safe there. Free on site parking is a bonus as you have to pay in and around the streets. We will 100% be visiting and booking again.

"Waste of money"

Absolute rubbish dirty duvet, dirty bed ,headboard dirty, stains on lamp, owner rude found hair in my breakfast. Avoid at all cost waste of money.
