"Charmigt och häftigt ställe om man vill ha inredning som på 1700-talet"

Jättefint och vackert gammalt hus med vackra historiska detaljer. Lite bedagat men charmigt. Rent och mycket trevlig personal. God och trevlig frukost där man blev serverad vid bordet. Mysig trädgård med en liten pool och mysiga vrår i en lummig trädgård där man kan slappa. Personalen jättetrevlig och hjälpsam. Trädgården är som en egen liten värld där man inte ser ut, förutom en glimt av medelhavet :-)

Det var ett bygge som pågick bredvid, och det lät ganska mycket på förmiddagen, men det varar ju inte för evigt. Staden Santa Teresa di Riva är kanske inte den roligaste eller vackraste, men det var en bra bas om man vill chilla på hotellet och åka på utflykter. Tågstationen ligger mycket nära hotellet och det fanns bra parkering.

The breakfast was incredible. The pool was a nice addition. It was really atmospheric.

The filters and empty cleaning stuff for pool dumped at the side of the pool.

Die Villa steht in einem großen grünen Garten und die Zimmer sind sehr individuelle eingerichtet. Ein kurzer Weg bis zum breiten Kiesstrand.

Very beautiful garden and complete and delicious breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room we received was not in the main house, but in the semi-basement, it looked improvised, the bathroom had no door, just a curtain. The villa is splendid but it is clear that renovations are needed

"Ein wahres Juwel allerding nicht ganz zu Ende geschliffen"

Ein wahres Juwel auf einem parkähnlichen Gelände mit kleinem Teich, Palmen und sogar einen eigenem Hühnerstall für das tägliche Frphstücksei. Der kleine Pool, schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, sowie Schaukel & Hängenatte sind schöne Pluspunkte des Ensembles. Es findet sich auch überall ein schattiges Plätzchen. Die Lage ist mitten im Ort und der Strand in 10 min zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist atemberaubend. Qualitativ sowie Quantitativ!

Es mangelt meiner Meinung noch etwas an Perfektion . Man sollte also nicht zu genau hinschauen. Das macht aber vielleicht gerade die Authenzität der Villa aus.
