Villa Vulcano, tra l'Etna e il mare

Very impressive villa with a well equipped kitchen. Large terrace with an excellent view of Mount Etna and also the sea.

2 hour delay to check in as our room was not ready.

I was very happy with my choice

Very good equipped , clean, comfortable, quiet and with perfect view. We had a pleasant stay and definitely will come back again.

Good location to go to an Etna Tour. Ferdinando the host sent us all details upfront so we could enter our room easily. The terrace is huge, our room “Ilice” was facing Etna, so it was perfect. Room is spacious, equipped with everything you need ( cuttlery, glasses, water boiler, microwave oven, etc. Bathroom is also modern and clean.

Air conditioning was not so efficient, as it switched periodically for shorter periods and could not be set lower than 24 C. That may be sufficient if you leave it switched on for longer periods, which we could not test as we stayed only one night. Beds are opened couches with a bit too thin matresses which could be uncomfortable for more nights.

All. It was perfect. We spend 9 nights in Sicily and this accomodation was the best

Lovely location at the foot of the Aetna (pity the weather only partly allow for views). Very calm location - relaxing after two days in bustling Catania. We could sleep with the window open, to enjoy the fresh air.
