La Casuccia

Very good welcoming. The owner did not quite speak any language apart from Italian however, phone translator always helped. It is a detached flat in a Villa with it's own little kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and own terrace. The views from the garden are fantastic by day or night. Everything was very clean, and there was AC/heater. We used it as heater as it was abnormally cold that week in September. No issue to park the car in the property. The breakfast was a sweet one. Everything provided and stored in the kitchen and fridge (yogourts, milk, cereals, crostata,) there was a coffee machine a microwave a cooker etc.... The property is 10min away from the entry to the National park of Vesuvio.

Only big issue: no wifi and sometimes no phone coverage at this hight in the mountain.

Everything was nice and clean. The owners were very friendly, although they didn't speak english, they communicated over Whats App.

If going without car or on a budget, we would recommend tues-friday as the #5 bus only goes here on those days (and maybe 20min early)
