Subhasha Summer House

Lovely villa, it had just been refurbished so everything was immaculate. Comfortable 4 poster bed, nice outdoor bathroom, a kitchen with all the amenities that I needed. Lovely outdoor seating area where I could do my yoga. Beautiful garden with sunbeds. They have a massage room and I booked a couple, both were excellent. Good wifi connection. The host was very attentive and always available to message if I needed anything. Just a 5min walk to the beach and restaurants. I stayed here for over 2 months whilst doing some volunteer work but this place is also a bit of luxury for a holiday.

There is currently no option to buy breakfast / dinner but this wasn't an issue as I cooked in the kitchen or ate at one of the nearby restaurants.

Симпатичная вилла в старинном стиле. Красивая мебель. Хорошая уборка, чистое постельное белье. Расположена в 5 минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Общительный хозяин. Есть свой дворик, где можно отдохнуть. Тихо и спокойно. В 10-15 минутах езды деревни Диквелла или Дондра, с магазинами и инфраструктурой. В 15-20 минутах езды отличные пляжи Диквелла и Хирикетия.

Это не совсем отдельная вилла. У вас есть отдельный вход, но внутри комнаты выходят во внутренний дворик, отгороженный от других соломенным шторами. Лично мне не хватило приватности. Деревня Талалле очень маленькая и тихая, я увидела только один магазин и пару кафе в шаговой доступности. Если вы без транспорта, то это может быть проблемой. Хозяин всегда на связи и периодически приходит навестить вас. Но для меня это было слишком навязчиво. Возможно просто разный менталитет. Кухня слабо оборудована, вы сможете приготовить только самые простые блюда. Нет глубоких тарелок.

A fantastic stay in peaceful Tallala with our super host Isuru who welcomed us like family and made our stay very comfortable helping with everything from transport to Tuk Tuk rental and restaurant recommendations. A very warm and helpful guy who seems to really care for his guests and who has taken great pride in developing a comfortable and stylish summer house perfect for families or any small group looking for a calm and quiet stay 4mins away from Tallala beach. We particularly enjoyed watching the wildlife in the morning with a coffee, mongoose, monkey's and chipmunks. Would highly recommend and would return again, the nicest calm and empty beach we have enjoyed in SL to date.

A lovely place to stay just a short walk from Talalla beach. The host was also very welcoming and helpful! I would recommend staying here if you’re coming to Talalla!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location and the garden is amazing, all of the bedrooms are a really good size with super comfy beds and both bathrooms are modern and finished to a really high standard, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need It's only a 2 minute walk to the lovely quiet Talalla beach Isuru the host is lovely, and really helpful in offering information on many different trips, and always on hand if required Would highly recommend, this place, it's a real gem 💎

La casa è immersa nel verde tra palme e scimmie, a pochi passi dal mare. Incantevole!! Isuru è un host discreto e attento. Ci ha consigliato dove mangiare (benissimo!) e ci ha organizzato un taxi con Kumar, persona squisita! Sicuramente consigliato!

Al nostro arrivo c’era un forte odore di “chiuso” in casa. L’abbiamo fatto presente ad Isuru che ha detto che, per il futuro, si preoccuperà di arieggiare la casa. Il bagno è collegato direttamente con un antibagno che ha aperture non chiudibili e quindi esposto direttamente alla natura.

La limpieza. Y además tienen un maravilloso servicio de masaje por muy buen precio.

Creo que el precio es un poco alto para la temporada.

Isuru is a wonderful host. He made us feel at home in his beautiful property and was extremely attentive. Any requests or questions we had we could just WhatsApp him and he'd reply within minutes. The house is easy walking distance to the beach and set in stunning gardens - perfect for a relaxing stay.
