Amazing dinner, best steak I have ever eaten (oryx)! They were also amazing at adapting for gluten free, as one of us was a celiac.

The beautiful surroundings, well appointed clean chalet and that the host spent time talking to us at mealtimes . Most accomodating with my meals .

Wish the castle was run by the Duwisib Farm

De oude praatgrage baas, die veel verteld heeft en bij het avondeten bij ons kwam zitten en eten.

Die Farm hat eine traumhafte Lage mit schönen Weitblick. Sie liegt fussläufig zu Schloss Duwisib. Das Abendessen mit typischer Küche war großartig und beim Frühstück hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sympathisch und nett, wir haben den Abend mit namibischen Anekdoten sehr genossen. Er hat uns für den nächsten Tag die Besichtigung des Schlosses organisiert, obwohl dieses normalerweise nicht mehr für Besucher geöffnet ist.

So quiet and peaceful. A lot of history

Very spacious and comfortable accommodations. We were also provided access to their self catering facility as we did not want to eat in the restaurant. It has a fully equipped kitchen and bbq facilities under a covered patio. It was excellent.

beautiful location and very friendly, attentive and welcoming hosts. Great breakfast and wonderful evening meal (although the evening meal was a little on the expensive side)

our room did not have a fridge, and a couple of real glasses would be better than plastic beakers
