Keine Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer, Essen war mäßig, Reklamation der kaputten Dusche wurde unfreundlich aufgenommen. Unterkunft im Vergleich viel zu teuer.

Staying at Ghaub was one of the best decisions we made in our Namibia trip. After a couple of busy days in Etosha, this was then PERFECT place to relax. It was our honeymoon and the staff made us feel special (gifts in our room, a lovely romantic dinner with candlelight, etc). Magical. The work they do for the rhinos is amazing too. We took it easy during our stay: hung out at the pool, did some hiking on their reserve (nothing special). Perhaps the highlight was the constant pressence of the warthogs and ground squirrels. When reading a book at the pool in the sun, it's so much fun to see 10 warthogs chilling in the grass 30 feet away from you. Ghaub was lovely. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Hallo, wir waren rundum begeistert. Ankommen, Afrika, sich wohlfühlen, herunterkommen. Sicherlich gibt es den ein oder anderen Punkt wo man was anmerken kann. Auf Booking.com steht Wifi in den Zimmern. Dies war nicht gegeben. Am Essen müsste etwas gefeilt werden, wenn ein Steak angepriesen wird und ob es Medium sein soll und es wird ein Stück mit Knochen 1 cm Dick serviert ist es kein Steak. Es kann auch ein Kommunikation Problem gewesen sein. Beim Frühstück war alles mit Frischhaltefolie abgedeckt. Dies ist schon lästig, wenn man an den einzelnen Sachen heran kommen will. Alles wird nicht in meiner Bewertung einfließen, weil das Essen dennoch sehr lecker war, das WLAN zur Entspannung uninteressant ist, das Frühstück dennoch sehr gut war. An der Rezeption habe ich diese Punkte angesprochen. Wir haben mitbekommen, dass ein Gast der neben uns saß, über Google eine äußerst blamabel Bewertung abgegeben hat. Hier ist Fremdschämen angesagt. Weiter gibt es hierzu nichts zusagen. Fazit: Ein super Aufenthalt in einer Grandiosen Umgebung ohne aufgesetzte Maske. Die Rhino Safari ist sehr zu empfehlen, und kommt einem äußerst wichtigen Projekt zu gute. Der Familie Rust und allen Mitarbeitern wünschen wir viel Kraft zum Erhalt dieses Projekts, die Welt wird dies( und viel mehr Projekte)in Zukunft mehr denn je gebrauchen. Wenn wir wieder Namibia ansteuern, wird Ghaub ganz oben auf der Liste sein. Danke und Liebe Grüße Marion und Herbert

Very peaceful accommodation. They have lots of wild life on their property. Rhinos are the highlight. They are doing amazing job protecting them. Each Rhino group has its own security guard. Room vas specious and beds were very comfortable. Food was tasty. Waterhole is close to the pool and has hideout to observe wild life. While we enjoyed by the pool we saw Kudu, Gisele, Antelope, Baboon, Warthog... We took the Rhino drive tour and we saw Giraffe, Zebra, Rhino, Kudu, Gisele, Antelope, Baboon, Warthog...

Colonial style setting. Privacy and space. Great tour to see the rhinos where you can really come up close. The hogs were everywhere and baboons did their thing, not necessarily minding your presence. a great opportunity to walk in nature with the opportunity to come close to the rhinos

Factually all great. Boys would have liked the pool to be heated but trust this is a personal wish only.
