Everything, our hosts were marvellous and really looked after us. Dinner was lovely with a nice kiwi wine. Wonderful views.

Bathroom was a little dark, but not a problem.

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the busy tourist areas, this is the perfect spot. The rooms are tastefully furnished and feature a fantastic terrace with stunning ocean views. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you’re at the sea, with an endless, peaceful beach that feels almost untouched. There are also great hiking trails about 20 minutes away by car. Breakfast and dinner are served in a charming, intimate restaurant on-site, and the food is absolutely outstanding. We felt incredibly welcome and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. A truly special place — highly recommended!

Not really essential but: A waterproof seat would be useful for us in the bathroom A full length mirror would be useful for us in the bedroom A chux super-cloth or similar would be useful in the sink bench area
