We were able to see the Northern Lights in April which is off season and got the added benefit of not having any crowds. Staff was excellent and the facilities were extremely comfortable and clean

1. 洗澡洗到一半熱水不熱，以這個價位的住宿而言很荒謬怎麼會發生這種問題，而且也沒有提供任何櫃檯聯繫方式來解決此問題。只好冷水洗完。這是二月份，冬天。 2. 整體來說非常 overpriced 。房間圖片窗景很騙，實際上你有可能入住到完全沒有view的房間。我認為他們應該單獨為每間房間的窗景拍照並區分。我們房間窗戶正對停車場跟餐廳，來來去去的人，完全沒有隱私可言，必須得一直拉上窗簾。 3. 接待人員給人感受相當差勁。我們在路上遇到大風雪，車子出問題無法如預期時間抵達入住，聯繫過程中給人感覺只想要我們趕快付款，完全不在意客人遭遇的狀況。入住後，也只追著我們不斷詢問是否會去餐廳用餐（需要自費），這事前我們已經明確告知不會去用餐，入住後沒有提供什麼幫助，卻一直推薦要我們去用餐，感覺只在意客人的消費，給人感受很糟糕。 4. 自助式早餐也不怎麼樣，品項很少且不好吃。同樣的，接待人員態度很無禮，當時我拿了另一個餐碗要裝優格，被指責說應該使用另一種碗盛裝。整體令人感受很差。
