The chalet and the view

The chalet was lovely and staff very good and friendly. Unfortunately, getting to the place is mist stressful. With a baby and children most unpleasant. We left a day earlier because just thinking of the road ahead. It spoilt our holiday. The potholes is totally unacceptable. Then the gravel road to the chalets is too terrible. I will definitely never be back. As a Google guide I have to be honest. the roads are too dangerous. Also no restaurants/ shop on the premises is ridiculous! Thank you

Beautiful view

Nicely designed chalets, plenty of space in doors and outdoors. The view is superb, you can see quite a lot of animals roaming the hills from the chalet. Nice opportunities to hike in the surroundings. We didn't get a game drive as it was not available on the morning we wanted to take it. The pool area looks nice and clean, but we didn't get to use it as the weather was quite cloudy/rainy. The staff was nice and welcoming. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Bed mattresses could be a bit more comfortable, they were a bit soft. The fridge in the kitchen/lounge is quite noisy so that if someone needs to sleep on the sofa bed there it could be inconvenient.
