We liked the location. From the bar they brought wine to the room.

1. The personel that cleans the property seems to be living and circulating constantly there . Using the kitchen facilitires and dining facilities 2. They started cleaning the property at 8 am on day of check out . Quite unpleasent 3. The facility did not have good heaters . Half of them where not working at all , 4. This house is the most expensive of all in the complex and does not have generator. We were told it didnt have cause the house was too big 5. Temperature was about 5C inside the house we would not recomend to go here specially of you have kids. Its extremly cold ! 6. The gate close to the room was not working apparently because of load shedding, but when the power came back it still did not work. They told us no one could fix it because it was a long weekend. We had carry our stuff from parking lot far was, very inconvenient. 7. The menu of the restaurant was always the same for the different meals, very reduced options. Does not worth the money ! You better go and visit the brewery during restaurant hours .

The location is good, friendly staff... the beer! Listen, THE BEER was AMAZING!!! The Gin tasting was quite an experience, too. The staff are great, always willing to make sure you are comfortable and very accommodating.

The TV's/remote were not fully functional throughout the stay. The beautiful gardens made up for it.

The welcome was not good. From my booking confirmation nobody knew about my booking. The chef had to phone around to get me settled in. There are no log in details anywhere for Wi-Fi
