Everything and everyone were amazing loved the place

No hot water. Toilet smelled bad. Beds were hard. Food was basic. Not many options for food. No food available for purchase between breakfast (7:30am), Lunchtime at (1:30am) and dinner at (7:30am). I would not recommended for families with kids. For about $400 per night this was overpriced.

The staff were super friendly and knew the guests by name. The food was really good quality. The location was perfect for those that want to be off grid as it was right on the river away from everything. The free activities too were great (kayaking, night boat tour and farm tour) and they even changed the time of one (and took me out solo) so that I didn't miss out.

The highlight of our stay was the tour guide, who was excellent. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the environment, taking the time to explain the wildlife, plants, and surroundings in detail. He made the jungle experience far more interesting and immersive. We also appreciated the warm welcome on arrival and the attentiveness of the staff during meal times. The setting itself is beautiful and has great potential for a peaceful jungle experience.

As we were the only guests during our stay, it felt as though the lodge was not operating fully as a hotel, and much of the service felt reactive rather than proactive. There was very little communication around what activities were available, and no real discussion about options or tailoring our stay. There was also construction work taking place in the lodge directly next to ours, which was quite disruptive. This was particularly noticeable on a day where activities were affected by weather and we spent several hours in the room, listening to drilling and sanding rather than the natural surroundings. While we completely understand that weather can impact planned excursions, no alternative options were offered by the hotel when activities could not go ahead, which left us with very little to do. The lodge advertises additional experiences such as yoga, cooking classes, and massages, however these were not offered or mentioned during our stay. We were also provided with a WhatsApp contact, but did not receive a response when we reached out. It felt that the level of service may have been impacted by the fact that we were the only guests, which resulted in a less complete experience than expected. Overall, while the setting has great potential, the experience felt somewhat limited and not as personalised as we had expected, particularly for a honeymoon stay.

Food so limited, staff bit weird and ambience not good, wifi only arrives on the lobby area and they dont prevent about it. Also, its overpriced for what it is, they ask around 100 to 200 euros the night per person when for what you get in the hotel its totally expensive and the hotel is a simple one not even 2 stars hotel.

Sadly just overpriced. At that price you expect a lot and frankly the food was not good. Despite claiming they offer vegan food, they don’t. Their idea of vegan is just to remove the meat… Also the included activities are simply not great. Twice cancelled due to rain. And you just don’t see anything apart from at the animal sanctuary across the road. If you’re thinking that you’re happy to pay a bit more to have everything included, that’s simply incorrect. Either pay a lot more and go down the river, or pay less and organize lots of tours. Also no pool despite claiming they have, some sort of inflatable thing that had no water in it when we were there…

员工服务一般，没有什么笑脸。每次中午吃饭只能有固定的餐，没有多个选择，没吃饱也没有额外的提供。活动比较无聊，适合待一天，多待几天就会感觉很无趣。
