"poor management and rude people"

The location was adjacent to the Kruger National Park.

Upon arrival, (scheduled arrival in advance to be between 16h00 and 17h00) the premises was locked an nobody was there to do hand-over of keys. when we phoned the number provided, the person was in Australia and was extremely rude. she eventually hung up on us and caused us to wait outside for almost 20 minutes. we had to wait with outside with 4 children and no bathroom. the premises is also not child safe as advertised. the photos show coffee pods and none was provided. soap containers were not filled either.
