Amazing location and view. Clean, large rooms & comfortable beds. I loved the bed on the patio. Good WiFi. Friendly staff, always easily reachable via WhatsApp (in English language too!), helping with bookings, taxi arrangements etc

The room was exceptional. The host and his family went out of the way to meet our needs. Whatever we requested he was happy to oblige I would definitely recommend this place, staying there on lake Titicaca was an experience of a lifetime that was made sweeter in this beautiful accommodations (it was the best one on the lake) with almost 360 degree view of the water

Renzo’s hotel is very charming, placed in a great spot on the lake titicaca. Renzo is a great host available to share very interesting facts about the culture, a true way (and the best) to discover the place and the Uros culture. Moreover he is very carefull to the customer needs and request. Thank you!!!!

The room looked beautiful in photos but we didn’t get to the property because they cancelled on us about 12 hours prior to our stay.

The hotel was firstly unresponsive on booking.com. We wanted to confirm a few things with them eg. what time do we need to be at the port, we had an early morning bus so could they drop us early, and could we do the Uros islands tour with them on the day of check-in. After a few days of no response, we called them. They said tours are for day 2.they can’t pick us up early and nothing about drop off. Then they dropped us a standard message on booking.com and again no response to follow up questions. Safe to say we were already skeptical and anxious about our Puno stay. We were about to board a bus to Puno and just an hour earlier we got a message saying that they have to cancel our stay because they have an emergency and won’t be able to attend to us. Very unprofessional! And when we called them about it, they said that they haven’t charged are card so it’s okay that they cancel. I know this place looks beautiful and we were so looking forward to staying here, but the people behind the property make all the difference to the experience since it’s a family run space.

We absolutely loved our time at Titicaca Dora Lodge! Renzo was our host and his family owns the property. He was incredibly nice and helped us arrange pick up and drop off from the airport. We also wanted to do a tour of the Uros islands and he helped us arrange a full day that was really fun and awesome to learn more about the culture and way of life of the people there. The space was incredible and even better than the pictures! It was bigger too with multiple beds to lay around and hang out in. The views were insane to catch the sunset and you can see many birds and animals nearby. Everything was perfect and we loved the breakfast and healthy homemade dinner that was provided. Absolutely look no further and book this lodge!
